Wait...is August in the fall?! Well, it's April and it's still snowing so...who knows? The world is a crazy place.

This curated, geeky craft market—think Etsy-meets-Comic-Con—was founded by comic book writer Daniel Way (Marvel Comics’ Deadpool, Wolverine, The Incredible Hulk, et al.) and will showcase local Madison and Midwest crafters who create handmade jewelry, plushies, artwork, home goods, clothing and more, inspired by comics, videogames, television, and pop culture. Plus, GeekCraft Expo Madison is free to the public and family-friendly, with free crafting activities for kids!

GCE founder and Deadpool writer Daniel Way: “Did you notice that it's now GeekCraft Expo MADISON instead of 'Midwest'? That's for a couple of reasons, but mostly it's because Madison--because it's so amazingly unique--deserved its own GeekCraft event...and we're going to make sure it's the biggest and best one ever!”
