GeekCraft Expo Seattle Announces Kickoff Party, Signing With Daniel Way 12/9
Fans of Seattle’s local geek scene won’t want to miss the official kickoff party for GeekCraft Expo Seattle at Artful Dodger Tattoo and Comics, December 9 from 6-9 pm! Not only will this free event feature a signing by legendary comic book writer Daniel Way (Deadpool, Wolverine: Origins), but attendees will enjoy complimentary beer from Hop Valley Brewing (those 21+ only) and win door prizes from Dark Horse Comics, Gamma Ray Games/Raygun Lounge, Northwest Press, and GeekCraft Expo Seattle exhibitors. In addition, everyone will receive a free yellow Dark Horse Comics tote bag and giveaways, while supplies last! Then comes the main event: GeekCraft Expo Seattle at the Seattle Center Pavilion December 10 and 11! This curated, geeky craft show—think Etsy-Meets-Comic-Con—is free to the public and will showcase local Seattle-area crafters who create handmade jewelry, plushes, artwork, and more inspired by comics and pop culture.
